Behind Your Care
Dr. Ross Montgomery
Optometrist
Dr. Montgomery graduated Cum Laude from Valdosta State University and earned his Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2013, completing his residency at the prestigious Woolfson Eye Institute in Atlanta.
During his residency at the Woolfson Eye Institute, Dr. Montgomery worked closely with expert ocular disease specialists, gaining advanced experience in managing complex eye conditions. He is passionate about providing thorough, personalized eye care to patients of all ages. Outside the office, Dr. Montgomery is married to his wife Erica and has two sons. He enjoys fishing, woodworking, cooking, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Nancy Barr
Optometrist
A Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and past president of the Georgia Optometric Association, Dr. Barr brings decades of expertise and a passion for patient care to our practice.
Dr. Barr is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Optometry and is Board Certified by the American Board of Optometry. She practiced in south metro Atlanta for many years, most recently at EyeCare Plus in Peachtree City from 2002 to 2020. Dr. Barr also served as a consultant for Johnson & Johnson, the world's largest contact lens manufacturer. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and has devoted countless hours to volunteer work, including eye care missions to Liberia and Nicaragua and as a longtime volunteer clinician at the Fayette Care Clinic. Dr. Barr is married to Steve Stubbs, a retired Delta captain.
Dr. Steve Boeyink
Optometrist
With over 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Boeyink graduated with Honors from Indiana University's School of Optometry and completed his residency at Omni Eye Services in Atlanta.
Dr. Boeyink graduated with Honors from The University of South Dakota in 1992 with a B.S. in Psychology, and from Indiana University in 1996 with his Doctor of Optometry degree. During his residency at Omni Eye Services, he worked closely with specialized Ophthalmologists and one of the most respected Optometrists in America. He has been practicing in Carrollton and the greater Atlanta area for over two decades. Outside of the office, Dr. Boeyink enjoys league tennis, staying active at the gym, and building — he is currently constructing a self-designed house near Franklin, Georgia.
